Romanian ambassadors to Chisinau and Kyiv, appointed
Mihai DraghiciRomania's president Klaus Iohannis has signed on Tuesday the decrees for the accreditation of the Romanian ambassadors in Ukraine and Republic of Moldova, Alexandru Victor Micula and Cristian Leon Ţurcanu.

The president has signed the decrees for the accreditation of Alexandru-Victor Micula as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Romania in Ukraine, residing in Kyiv, as well as of Cristian-Leon Ţurcanu, as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Romania in the Republic of Moldova, with residence in Chisinau.
Iohannis has also signed the Law amending the Hunting Law and the protection of the hunting fund no. 407/2006, the Law for the ratification of the Protocol no. 16 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, adopted in Strasbourg on 2 October 2013 and signed by Romania in Strasbourg on 14 October 2014 and the Law for the adoption of measures necessary for the implementation of Protocol no. 16 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, adopted in Strasbourg on 2 October 2013 and signed by Romania in Strasbourg on 14 October 2014.
At the same time, he promoted to the rank of major general with two stars the retired brigadier general and war veteran Nastase Constantin from the Ministry of National Defence.
