NATO secretary general Jens Stoltenberg and Romania's president Klaus Iohannis will visit Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base 57 on Friday. The two officials have scheduled one-on-one and official talks.
Jens Stoltenberg has a meeting scheduled for 11:45 a.m. with soldiers stationed at the base.
NATO secretary general and president Iohannis will hold a joint press conference at 12:15.
Jens Stoltenberg's visit is taking place amid tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
